Coimbatore – Isha Yoga center – Coimbatore Today proceedto visit ISHA foundation - Isha Foundation is a non-profit, spiritual organisation founded in 1992 near Coimbatore, by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev. It hosts the Isha Yoga Centre, which offers yoga programs under the name of Isha Yoga. The foundation is run entirely by volunteers and it has over 9 million volunteers. It is also famous for the 112 feet ADIYOGI shiva statue. Soak yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of the ashram. You can mediate at Dhyanlingam or just take a dip in Chandrakunda (Female) or Suryakund (Male) - (Both Kund are Subject to operation.) Enjoy scrumptious vegetarian meal at the Ashram.
